COMPOSITION RULES
All Sui Generis publications are certified by a Scientific Council whose composition is available online here. In keeping with its philosophy of promoting scientific knowledge, anyone working in the legal field is entitled to propose a publication to Sui Generis.
FORMAL REQUIREMENTS
To propose a publication in "article" format:
The Sui Generis articles concern current topics to be connected imperatively and objectively to the Law. The conditions are the following:
- Document in .doc, .docx format;
- 3 pages maximum;
- Font Times New Roman ;
- Font size: 12 ;
- Spacing: 1.5 ;
- Footnote (font size): 10.

To submit a Sui Generis study:
Sui Generis studies are for larger works on a Law topic. The conditions are as follows:
- Document in .doc, .docx format;
- 50 pages maximum;
- Font Times New Roman ;
- Body text: Font size 12, line spacing 1.5, justified;
- Footnote: Font size: 10, line spacing 1, justified.
- Comprehensive bibliography and table of contents required;
- The paper must have a cover page with the title of the study in Times, size 20 and the author's name in size 12;
- A summary must then be presented with the following standard Plan: I. (II., III. ...); A., B., ...; 1., 2., ...; 1.1., 1.2, ,,,; 2.1., 2.2, ...
