In 2025, the Association Sui Generis is organizing the eleventh edition of the Pro Milone moot court competition. Here you'll find all the information you need to register for the event.
This 11th edition of the Pro Milone Competition will take place on Friday May 30 and Friday June 6, 2025, in person.
The first day of qualifying rounds will be held at the Palais du Travail ( room to be confirmed) in Narbonne, and the second day of finals will be held at the Tribunal Judiciaire de Narbonne.
Teams of young pleaders will compete in a real mock trial before the International Court of Justice.

-
National sovereignty and the justification of public security;
-
Ethics and regulation of technological innovations;
-
Corporate responsibility in the context of authoritarian excesses;
-
International conflicts and European law
-
Protection of personal data and respect for privacy
A panel of expert judges, including consultants, lawyers and academics, will be on hand to hear the oral arguments.
The following awards will be presented at the end of the competition:
-
Award for Best Memoir in Fundamental Freedoms Law
-
Award for the best pleading in Fundamental Freedoms Law.
-
