📣 Pro Milone 2025: The 11th edition of the great moot court competition returns to Narbonne!

The Association Sui Generis is delighted to announce the return of the Pro Milone Moot Court Competition, whose 11th edition will be held live in Narbonne on Friday May 30th and Friday June 6th 2025.

🏛 An unmissable event for law enthusiasts

Once again this year, a dozen teams will compete in a moot court case before the European Court of Human Rights, focusing on a highly topical and committed subject: fundamental freedoms law.

A fictional case, richly documented and firmly rooted in our times, will serve as the basis for the debate. Inspired by real-life events, as well as historical, literary and cinematographic references, the case will address a number of issues:

• Fundamental freedoms and intrusive technologies

• National sovereignty and public security

• Ethics of innovation and technological regulation

• Corporate responsibility in the face of authoritarian excesses

• European law and international conflicts

• Protection of personal data and respect for privacye

🕣 Friday, May 30th, 2025 - Welcome at 8:30 a.m.

Teams will compete behind closed doors in exciting moot court simulations, under the watchful eye of an expert panel of consultants, lawyers and academics.

🕘 Friday June 6th, 2025 - Welcome from 9:00 am

👉 Followed, at the end of the day, by the awards ceremony.
